RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of order and are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging. Please email us at enquiries@thepartypursuit.co.uk for authorisation and instructions on how to complete your return. Returned items should be sent to The Party Pursuit, The Studio, Hooks Corner, Old Common Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1JP.
Once your return has been received in perfect condition, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. If your refund is approved then this will be processed immediately and funds will automatically go back onto your original payment method. Postage costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURNS SHIPPING
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of returns postage. We advise that you obtain proof of postage that is free of charge from the post office.
Where parcels are of high value, we would encourage using a traceable delivery method.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your goods are received faulty or damaged, please email us right away at enquiries@thepartypursuit.co.uk. We will organise a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible or issue a refund if preferred.
